Losing teams want decent losing players who are expiring contracts and if the Magic are going to trade Howard why don't the Jazz find a way to deal them Jefferson and Harris.
I think the Jazz should try to be that third team in a 3 team deal that doesn't get Howard but uses their expiring contracts, TPE, and draft picks (GSW) to give to the Magic exchange for a set of young decent players.
One that I would be particularly interested in especially if the Sixers can convince Dwight Howard to stay in philly (look at the article below)

Plus the Sixers throw in the 15th and 45th picks while the Jazz throw in the 47th.
We get a shooter in Reddick who is also an expiring contract that we could sign for cheaper or not resign, and a good young upcoming PG in Holiday but we have to take Hedo's contract which would come off the books by the time we need to give money to Favors and Hayward. Plus he provides us with a temporary starter at SF in case Corbin doesn't want to start Burks right away. If Hedo continues to suck, move him to the bench and give Reddick/Burks more minutes.

As for reasons, the Sixers and Magic would like this trade would be pretty obvious.
The Sixers get Dwight Howard which is a no brainer why it's a good trade but only if he signs a contract extension which he should since the Sixers are a very good up and coming team. Trading away Iggy lets Turner come better into the picture.
The Magic get three draft picks plus they get two all-star level talents and a past all-star in Harris.
Even if you dont like this particular trade, I think with the trade assets the Jazz have (draft picks, TPE, expiring all-star/above average caliber player contracts), we can kill two birds in one stone if we act as that third team in a potential Dwight Howard deal.
