Lakers about to pay out the *** for Kawhi...

I’m eyeballing Kyle Kuzma so hard right now... someone tell SA they don’t want Kuzma and Ingram... send one to us for stuff... he’d be so great.

Also consider that most of the NBA teams will have big space in 2019, I simply refuse to believe that 2019 space for us is all that valuable.

You kind of didn't address anything I said...

Cap space this summer absolutely doesn't only have value to us if we are absorbing salary. We are a playoff squad WITH cap space. We are in a lot different position than the Hawks, Bulls, Nets of the league. With our cap space, that many teams do not have, we can sign legitimate contributing players, including our own, for what could be bargain deals that are assets down the road OR create space to sign what the Jazz may deem a max-level guy.

There's 5 names you have no shot at if you use the room for a salary dump.

But to my initial point, you're saying to take a salary dump to obtain an asset. Yes, that's an important thing to get, but like I said, we can't beat Boston, or even Philly who are contending with much more assets than we have, even if we do get one by taking on a bad deal.

A better use of our cap space is to actually sign players that can help and can be assets on great deals.

The new cba prohibits teams from using cap space on players that help you win... can only be used in salary dumps.

Haha, yeah that would be great. If we picked up Kuzman and Ingram without giving up our core we would be lookin pretty good right now.

Yep. We just need to send SA Twin Towers 2.0 (Bradley and Tomic) and it’s a done deal.
