The rested bench is better than the completely gassed starters. You don't think the Jazz bench could've mustered up more than 2 points in that first OT?

I'll take this loss. We played 4 quarters right with them, and through 4 overtimes we were right there. If we put this much effort and intensity on the floor every single game, we won't loose very many.

I prefer the bitch to the idiot. You're defending Corbin for leaving Al Jefferson in because of a half-assed assumption that Jefferson demanded to stay in.

Like I said before, if that's the case, Corbin has no balls and he just cost the Jazz two games because of it.
 
Lets not forget that the refs had a huge hand in this. They were pro-hawks all game long, and seemed to pull a weird call out of their arse when the hawks most needed it.

If they would have just called that foul on the Sap dunk, it would have been over there.
 
K. We had a 6 game wining streak and just has a 4 OT loss. Big Deal.

This team has heart and I love it.

My only concern is minutes.

3 guys over 50, Hayward over 57 !

I would HIGHLY consider starting Favors, Burks & Carrols & Favors.

See if we can beat the nets with ins string leading in minutes.

The biggest damn advantage the Jazz have is interchangable parts. Yet we were playing 5 players only in the OTs until they fouled out. The Hawks were gassed in the 2 OT and all we needed to do to put them away was to push the ball up the floor. But we couldn't do that because our team was too tired. But what we did do was chuck up 3 point shots hoping to put an end to it. Stupid.

Yeah, considering how much energy it took to get back from a 15 point lead, we did good. Just couldn't hit shots from outside of 10 ft. The Hawks OT D was superb, because they didn't have to guard anyone outside of 15 ft. Packed the paint.
 
You can't complain about a 4OT game....unless you're complaining like me that Miles shouldn't have played clutch minutes.....but whatever.

There were plenty of mistakes to be had in a game like that though.

Coming from one of our newer resident dip****s, I'll take this as a compliment.
 
There is nothing positive to take away from this loss.

All this "We played really hard against the Hawks on their third straight of a b2b2b" is crap. The Hawks have only beaten seven winning teams all season (eight now).
 
I gotta hand it to the team. They came out extremely flat in the first half, but they nutted up and played hard the rest of the way.

A month ago, they would have packed it in.
