Gobert played 38 minutes and Mitchell 36. Those are the main ones who should have gotten a bit more rest. Looks like Favors only played 25. It's possible they're limiting Favors a bit because of the neck spasms he had recently but if that's the case then, yeah, they probably should have played Udoh a bit. It's always hard to know when to start substituting, I'd imagine. Indiana isn't bad and you could certainly lose a 20 point lead in 5 minutes. I think Indiana started to sub at about 3:30ish left in the game. Quin could have started to sub at that point, probably, but it wouldn't have been a huge difference from how it went.

It took about 2-3 Jazz possessions too long to sub out Rudy and Donovan(and I think Jingles, Rubio and Favors). That's 6 trips down the court and they were still giving an effort. But they knew the game was in hand and they were dragging big time. It looked like a recipe for injury.

My 2 bob. Eye test says Hoods defensive issues are overblown. He isnt great but nor is he a huge liability.

Watched a few minutes of the Cleland game tonight. Hood got blown by 2 times in the 4th quarter. I thought he was trying to throw the game with those and shooting like ****. I was happy I no longer have to watch that.
