Jazz wins over under

Which is why I want the top 16 teams (record wise) in the playoffs and seeding is done by record with no preference to division winners.

#1 v. #16
#2 v. #15
and so on. That gives more unique matchups and the elite eastern teams have a playoff schedule on par with the west as far as toughness.

Wow. Did you think of that all on your own?

You won't be able to bet the over under until October. Also, Wendover normally doesn't have the over under until right before the season and the Jazz line is usually really inflated.

Yep, Wendover is the wrong place to go if you're betting on the Jazz. Too many Jazz homers screw with the line.

That is really the level of insult you have sunk to? Talk about lazy. What's next? Asking when my bed time is?

You used to at least put effort into your insults. Now you're just lazy and going with things said a million times before. Step up your game and stop being a scrub.

They don't use an electronic risk spreading system like they do with Keno and many other games? That's pure opportunity if not.

What?

I'm not trying to insult you.

Why are you so sensative?

I thought it was a good idea.

For those who bet: What number would make you not want to bet on the over? What number would make you want to bet on the under?

If they set it at 47.5, would you bet the over?

If they set it at 50.5, would you be the under?
I've never bet this sort of thing, but I would NOT bet 47.5 and I would take the under at 50.5, but probably wouldn't be willing to bet big on that.

I think they Jazz will win over 45 games, but I would not put my money on the line for anything over 42.5. 42.5 or under and i'm putting a big bet in, if its 40 or under i'm putting in a bigger bet then I did last year.

That's about how I feel.
Really hoping that website is accurate on the 40.5

47 but I'm hoping 50+. It'll all hinge on Gobert and Exum improvement and how well Burks gels with the rest of the team.

While we played well against good competition over the last half of the season, part of our emergence was due to the fact that we also had the easiest schedule in the NBA post all-star break. That and the fact that it's going to be harder to sneak up on teams now has me thinking we improve but not as much as people believe.

I say we end up with 43 wins.

Pretty sure we were putting up those stats vs playoff teams. Not just the east either.

Post All star break the Jazz played:

Portland x 3
Memphis x 2
San Antonio
Milwuakee
Houston x 2
Washington
Golden State
Dallas

The Jazz went 7-5 in those games, all playoff teams. So was our schedule easier? Yes, but the Jazz were still bringing it against the elite teams in the NBA.

Jazz win 6 of their last 8 games to push a 42 win season.

Injuries and a big mid season trade shake everything up.

I think it's 47 or 48 wins, enough to make the playoffs. The difference is Exum and Gobert's steps forward. People will start to realize that these guys can't really be guarded, even if their offense is still a bit raw. Lyles will be a solid rotation player sooner than people expect, and people will ask themselves why they ever doubted Alec Burks. Meanwhile, the Jazz's defense is top 3 all season.

Exum - Hood - Hayward - Lyles - Gobert might be the best passing line-up in the entire league
