All right. Do it in a separate thread then. How long should the voting period be?
I like your team too, but think that him and Parker are pretty wildly redundant and your backcourt D with them on the floor together will be a mess. Two and maybe three of your four bigs (in addition to AK) are also some of the softest ever.
But I'm nit-picking just a little. Your team is pretty awesome. Your starters, especially.

I know Iverson is a top notch world class talent, but I never liked him as a team player. And he has a terrible attitude. I think it could effect how your team is voted for. That's why everyone was staying away from him. I guess it's a good pick that late though. Just don't put him in for any meaningful minutes. Just have him pour it on in garbage minutes when you are up by 20.

I thought of the Parker/Iverson thing, but I figured I wouldn't necessarily have to play them a great deal together.
On a side note, I really think Iverson is over criticized by this board as far as team play goes. Not that assists are everything, but his assist averages are more impressive than Parker's.
Yeah, but the ball is also in his hands 2x as much as it was ever in Parker's hands.

I vote against this. I already know what happens if you do it that way. My team is gone.
I would like to see how my team does. Is there not a way to set up a bracket where everyone plays? It's kind of B.S. to sit through all this and get cut from the get go.
Why not vote who gets the bye. And give everyone a chance?

Like I said, assists aren't everything, but it has to say something.
Regardless of how it's done, some teams will be weeded out. I really don't like the idea of letting everyone vote on the top 8. It makes the other rounds irrelevant.

But I haven't heard a response to my objection! If we're doing it that way, what would be the point of a tournament?

Voting on byes does the same thing. We have 4 teams too few or 4 teams too many. There is no perfect solution. Tossing the bottom four and doing head-to-heads seems to make the most sense.
So maybe what we should do is vote out the bottom-4 instead of vote in the top-8.
That sounds more reasonable. Knowing everyone's top choices would take away from the head-to-head suspense.
Alright, I'll call Anthony Daivs a PF, but he's still guarding your SF in some cases.
