Howard is a shoe in for defensive player of the year, starting allstar, all nba first team, nba defrnsive first team, olympic starter, and rebounding leader every year when healthy. There is nobody like him

In his first 6 seasons, this player accumulated 9,393 points, 3,417 rebounds and 2,720 assists — only Robertson, Bird and LeBron accomplished the same feat in their first six seasons.
This player averaged more rebounds and assists than LeBron James during his first four seasons.

You are being intellectually dishonest with me and yourself. Dwight was coming off back surgery last year and that team was a joke when he got there.
How about Bynum sat out all of last year cuz he is a wimp. Howard still led the league in rebounding after having his back operated on.

Bynum played with bad knees for half the time he was with Pau and Kobe and was still dominant enough to win two rings.
Even Shaq said he preferred Bynum because of his complete game. That alone is good enough endorsement for me.
