Jonas v Enes

I loves me some Bismack Biyambo. I don't think Ben Wallace is a good comparison. Ben was taller and much thicker.

I think a better comparison to Bismack is Serge Ibaka. He too comes from an African nation (same one if I'm not mistaken. Aren't they both from the Congo?), very young, has a developing post game, excellent shotblocker, and can jump out of the gym.

We don't need him to turn into Duncan or Malone offensively.

You just can't teach size, jumping ability, and long arms folks. Draft him. We can never have too little size.

I seriously wonder if Kanter has the athleticism to compete in the NBA. We surely don't want another Kosta... To think, we could have had Ibaka right now instead of jackpotting around with Kosta. We're already developing the best frontline in the NBA. Might as well keep stockpiling these guys. We can find shooters and point guards any day. But finding good athletic big men is a lot harder to come by.

Doufus's problem was never him not being athletic enough to play in the NBA. It was confidence. Kanter seems like a confident dude with a legit offensive repertoire. I don't want him, but I wouldn't be upset if we got him.

I really like Kanter, but read his has issues with his knees? I really worry about this (Roy, Oden, Bynum). NBA Draft.net mentions this but does mention any specific problems. Does anyone here know if this is true?

You sound like you know what you're talking about when it comes to the draft. I mean, you sound like a guy who can find those diamonds in the rough that get really popular all the sudden, right? So I'm definitely going to trust this new horse of yours.

Ahh man, I wasn't high on Kanter or any of the European players this early in the draft process when almost nothing was known about them.

Now that Cy is pumping Otto I think I'm cooling off on him now.

Lol

Im just playong Cy. We all miss a few.

He said the clever thing. There was nothing on our hands to see if Enes was affected from the inactive era or not back then.

Well, Cy also said he would draft Valanciunas, Biyombo, Knight and Vesley over Kanter.

Biyombo might be a good choice but I'm afraid they are not working on his improvement enough in Cats so he is not the player he could be if he were somewhere else. And Knight would be a good choice too considering the Jazz still have the need for a pass first PG with great skill set even today.

But Valanciunas is a player who was pushed around by Enes and don't seem to give anything above him even now in his Raptors team where he gets his minutes unlike Enes. I mean, COME-ON! That 23/22 game was Enes' 2nd start in the NBA career and probably 2nd or 3rd major minute game. What the hell right?

As for Jan, Cy would pick him because the gave his girl the tongue after getting picked and looked like a boss to him.

One more thing I would like to mention.

Both Enes and Bismack appeared in Jordan Brand game in their time.

Would Jordan pick Enes above Bismack if he was available at Bismack's pick overall?
