Damn, Burks has rail-thin legs.
I want him moving laterally nearly as well as Ibaka. If he can do that (and therefore guard the PnR even better) and continue to clean the glass, then he has a bright future. I fully expect his offensive game to develop on its own in every aspect except for passing (which I'm very concerned about; I don't know who he should work with on this, but I hope he is).
I hope these guys spend some time learning how to play basketball in between all the fitness training.

Pretty impressive gains for Orlando Johnson since starting P3. He added 6'' to his maximum vertical.
Props to KOC (for the guy who started the fire KOC thread) for finding this thing as it seems a lot of NBA players and prospects are starting to jump on to this place.
Ibaka is an elite elite athlete, Kanter is not. Let's be semi realistic here. He is never going to be an "athlete". He should stick with being strong as ****, getting good position, and knocking down open jumpers.

Six inches in a month, no ****tin. Remember when you were claiming it would be impossible for Alec Burks to add 4 inches over a few years, and even if he did so it would hurt his game?

No, it's been more than a month you alcoholic idiot. He started after the College Basketball season ended.
Favors and Jefferson are in now too.
Favors measured really high in some athletic test and was the best big man P3 has tested in terms of how his nervous system works. Said he has maintained his gains from the end of last summer.
Remember that Favors and Williams video I posted before? He did the same test and look at how much faster he is now. It's almost scary.

I know...looking at how fast he is at this, you easily forget that this guy's 6'10"/6'11". Amazing athlete
