Loser of Ellis/Bogut's trade - Utah Jazz

Warriors have a brutal April schedule(10 road ,6 home- 5 of 6 home vs. west playoff teams), i would say getting the pick is unlikely. But what do i know, not like other teams won't be tanking as well to position themselves.

All they have to do is play as bad as the other teams that are also tanking. And they are already well behind there. You guys are overreacting once again, we'll get the pick. I've been watching sports my whole life. I've been a fan of sports for a while. You can trust me.

Can you please tell us about your most wild night in Vegas? I like that story.

Hi. I'm drunk. On a Tuesday. Tragic, I know.

Point is, as a Bay Area resident, the Warriors are not that much worse off without Ellis. I know this sounds crazy to you because you saw his awesome PPG, but the dude does not win games. Seriously - and I know this may sound nuts - but the Warriors could actually be better without him, or at least the same.

Ellis is like a suped up version of CJ Miles, ok? Sexier haircut with a better crossover, a little quicker and more stupid.

Honestly - hold me to it.

Yeah, because Monta Ellis had such a huge part in winning basketball games over the course of his career. The Warriors may be better because they get Stephen Jackson and will focus more of their offensive game through David Lee.

very smart move by gsw, they will suck and get a good top draft pick, while we will suck our empty palms
i didnt understand milwaukee though, what the hell ellis is gonna do near jennings, Gooden plays ok but he has no defense, Bogut is a big difference maker when he is healthy

Posted this over in another thread, but I'm not that worried yet:

Detroit (currently 7th worst with 27 losses) probably finishes with 22-25 wins. Warriors have to finish something like 4-23 to 7-20 just to tie them.
Sacramento (28 losses) finishes with 20-23 wins. Warriors have to finish 2-25 to 5-22.
Toronto (28 losses) and New Jersey (29 losses) probably about the same as the Kings.

Luckily for the Jazz the deadline came late this year and GS didn't make this move until now. I'm not sure they can tank that bad in the time they have left.

Finally. Love saying that you are right. This trade is massively in favor of the Warriors and is a stupid fit for the Bucks. I don't know weather to laugh or cry. We agree.

I don't think we have that saying over here, lol.

Did somebody seriously use GSW as an example to say the Jazz's management sucks?

But I do agree that long term GSW got the better end and even short term it might no be bad.

You might be the only drunk in the world that could come on a message board and use correct punctuation.

Or you're not drunk at all.
