Lottery Standings

GS in 8th-worst spot with 2 games to go. If they lose out, they can tie for 7th worst. Now they've got the Hornets and Spurs at home to finish the season.

GSW can now have a anabasis from the underworld. Praise to the Timberwolves and their perpetual suckiness! Incredible come back by the GSW's. This could indeed mean that we have a pick next year with Toronto's loss today. Hell yeah!

Suffice it to say, things are looking good.

NJ has Philly and Toronto left
Toronto has the Bucks and NJ left
GSW has NO and SA left

How much does it change though?

GS is now sitting solely in the 8th spot, but NJ and Toronto are one win behind, and they will play eachother one more time, so one of them will get another win. That means if GS loses their last two, it would still come down to a coin flip to keep the pick.

I think our best hope is the last game of the year. Dubs are at home, and the spurs are likely to sit the old three.

No, both are extremely good game situations for us. Hornets are probably more likely to lose in my opinion, and yes, the Spurs' best player will be Tiago Splitter. But the Spurs have winning mentality, it's going to still be tough beating them.

But I said it before and I'll say it again: Jazz are getting this pick. Now what if they make the playoffs as well? Pretty nice combo.
