I would expect an all round idiot like u to have this view. Lol at u thinking Bookers ceiling is Thompson. Booker can't defend isn't athletic and strictly a spot up shooter his ceiling is more Green from the Spurs with less defense.

From CBS sports: “Booker put up a ridiculous 10.22-second lane agility score that was the best for an off-guard since 2001, and the third-best overall of the last decade. That score was the best in this camp by a very healthy margin, beating Keifer Sykes by .28 seconds. He then followed that up with a 2.75-second shuttle run time, which also led the combine.” You’re right man. Booker isn't athletic at all. What the hell was I thinking?
 
I still would have rather had Booker, but the pick is growing on me more.

I like Dennis Lindsay and hope that they made the decision for a very good reason.

I can only imagine that in the draft room they were probably a little nervous about the pick themselves, and Booker probably was right behind Lyles on their draft board. It probably wasn't an easy pick, but just stuck to their board.
 
As far as Booker goes, I think he is athletic and Thee Jazz Fan made a mistake to say he isnt. But not sure you can easily compare him to Klay Thompson. Thompson is a special player. They don't grow on trees.

Comparing players doesn't ever really work and doesn't have much merit when it plays out. It's kinda dumb that people do it.

Could Booker be pretty good, yes, but I seriously doubt he'll be as good as Klay Thompson.

U shouldn't put much stock in that. I recall Jimmer doing quite well in those tests. Guys not known as athletes do well in these tests but doesn't always translate on the court.

D locke is a clown he has been pimpIng Lyles. At the same tome he talks about all his comps. Those comps are a dime a dozen becausr they arent special. We could pick one up easily. No way Lyles is better then Booker today.

Just so ya know, the guys that did the play by play during the draft (j Williams, jalen rose, and the two white dudes) compared Booker to klay.

I didn't want booker but allot of people think Bookers ceiling is klay

I wonder if they botched his wingspan as well. Went from 7'3.5 last year to 7'1.5" at the combine. They do make a few errors here and there, Pat Connaugton's reach is another.

How come? His wingspan is 0.75'' shorter than Klay Thompson's and 5'' longer than Redicks's?

Also, Booker is the youngest player in this draft and is very possible he's still growing and can even surpass Klay's wingspan in a year or two.

He's done growing, was 6'6" in 2013.

His wingspan was measured 6'6.5 in October! It was measured at 6'8.25 at the combine. Players' wingspan grows by them filling out their frame, even if they don't grow height-wise. Even if he doesn't grow anymore he's Klay Thompson physically much more than he is Redick.
