What's new

Mitchell and Gobert are great players, but they cannot make a play when it matters most to save their life. They also cannot set the tone of a mentally tough team. Their mental blocks rub off on the rest of the team and it's obvious. No leadership coming from Quin, Conley, or the other vets either. It's a team that's perfectly set up to blow large leads.

Conley's the best clutch 3 pointer shooter in the league this season but hey let's just keep going to Donovan.
When his defender starts clamping down he's not quick enough or big enough to create space. It's a mess and will be ugly in the playoffs when intensity is ramped up.

I'm calling it now, Donovan's going to be out on the court shooting after the game so that all the media members can tweet about it, and it will make him look good.

It's funny how Mitchell shoots pretty much all the shots in the clutch on this team, and yet I have more memories of Conley and Bojan clutch makes than I do Mitchell.

This has just been a taxing season. We are an awful 4th quarter team that repeats the same mistakes nearly every game.

I just want it to be over. I have zero confidence in this team in the postseason.

We really missed bogey tonight. House was 1-3. Then the bench was 6-24 combined. Bogey misses 2 games and we lose em both. I think we beat the spurs and the bucks if he is playing in both games. Sigh

Sometimes Mitchell just moves too ****y.
He's trying to do too much. It kind of shows they don't trust the offense if they immediately abandon it when they feel like they MUST SCORE. Instead of trusting the offense to generate a good shot they start running purely iso plays. Is the offense too complicated in those scenarios or does the team simply not trust their primary offense? Because it isn't just Mitchell that goes all hero ball at the end. We more or less stop moving without the ball and stop passing which shows that the entire team either just expects hero ball or doesn't trust the offense or both maybe.

The Jazz seriously need to find a different option for the closing lineup next season because Royce just has no business being out there at the end of games. I don't care if he starts, but someone else needs to finish.

Gotta be honest. The neighbor came over and started chatting, forgot the game was even on. I came back and noticed they lost again.
I rewound a bit of the game. These jazz are boring, predictable, and horrible in clutch situations.
I miss Jingles so much.

39% from the field as a team for this game. Mitchells horrendous shooting stands out but there was a bunch of horrendous shooting. Clarkson was 3-14 (2-9 from 3 smd), Royce was 4-13 (some of those shots would have been bogeys), pashcall and gay were both 1-4.
