What's new

I enjoyed our tanking season more. Being aggravated at Burke hitting a three against Minnesota to win that worthless game felt a lot more tolerable than what we’ve experienced this year.
Funny thing is that 25-57 team had more clutch moments than this team has in the past couple seasons combined.

I wasn't happy with the Ainge hiring at the time, but I'm now glad to have him. This roster needs a major shakeup in the offseason...I realize it's going to be difficult though with our lack of assets.

Forrest should be out of the rotation. He's not talented enough to be a lead guard at this level, and what he does defensively can be replicated by Nickeil and House.

The Celtics contest everything. They foul a ton, but make you work so hard that it takes you out of any rhythm. They completely shut out the paint and we didn't have the spacing or shooting to make them pay. The first half reminded me of the Denver game last year when they couldn't miss a shot. Even if we played well we weren't going to win with them shooting like that. It's crazy we scored 137 against them earlier this year.

I'll take this over tanking but I kinda gave up on "contender" status really early. Its almost comical the missteps and blind spots we have had the last couple years and now the landscape is lining up pretty well for the hypothetical Jazz team that could have won it all. I'm close to just hoping we lose to Dallas in the first round so the message is fully received. A first round win and some okay games in the second round against the Suns might be enough for the Jazz to basically try again with essentially the same crew if no great trade offers are out there.

As always we can count on Snyder to ruin a blowout. The guy is such a bum. How in the hell do you only find 5 minutes for NAW, Butler and Juancho in a game that was never competitive. So ready for this Snyder era to end.

I'm pretty sure Snyder used the 4th quarter as some practice time. Mitchell was in the game when he normally wouldn't be. I don't think we have any practices the rest of the season. I would agree it still wasn't a smart move considering injury risk.

I could easily see the Jazz lose all of the games remaining on this road trip. Charlotte is playing really good right now, there is no way we beat Dallas, and the Clippers are looking for a revenge game.

I would not be surprised at all to see the Jazz in the 6th seed.

I would take this over that, too, because there’s always the possibility we “peak at the right time” (aka our entire plan and strategy for this season), but as far as enjoying it, this season has been like the burden of a part time job without any tangible perks.

Its become a bit of a chore... I get it... good news is it really looks like a chore for the players too, so no one is having fun.

Since Forrest has returned to the lineup, he's made one basket in 2 games, shooting 1-for-9 from the field and 0-for-4 from 3pt. An argument can be made to play him if he's running the team well, but that's not happening either.

Teams with size, athleticism and skill on the wing really show the Jazz up sometimes. The Jazz need one alpha wing, and unfortunately they just don't have it. I see Bogdanovic as a stretch-4.

Unfortunately, that's probably the hardest thing in the NBA to get.
