Mark Cuban's afraid of the witchhunt. he might think he is next target of the witchunt

Butch, the only reason I am wary of your position is because many if not most of the arguments you use are the same arguments that were used during the racist times of this country.

interracial marriage on the other hand is allowed because male from race a and female from race b can conceive live :P.
interspecies mariage ios not allowed. well except between tigers and lions cus they get awesome LIGERS!

I guess if a man has a health-problem that renders his sperm-production as close to zero, then he should be prohibited from marrying any woman.
maybe. but we should respect a mans privacy and assume every mans sperm works. as every woman's eggs work. because most of the time they do. we dont need to invade their medical privacy and such ;)

There's no witch hunt here. The recording fell into the NBA's lap out of the blue, and it had no choice but to act and to act decisively. A witch hunt implies irrational mob mentality scapegoating the weak and vulnerable; in this case, there's a clear economic rationale for what the NBA's doing. If it didn't act, players and sponsors would boycott plus who knows what else.

Now this might be a rush to judgment, spurred on by social and other pressure (including to be sure bandwagon moral self righteousness), but it's not a witch hunt.

but if we do this, we are going against the very construct of a state's "the sole purpose of marriage is procreation!!" position.

Thus, if the state ever heard about a man's sperm not working (even if they tried to ignore it at first), they would need to prohibit the man from marriage. Is this a position that you would want the state to hold-- yes, or no?

I guess if a man is partially disabled, then he shouldn't be "procreating" because these genes can be passed onto the gene pool and negatively impact the human race. We only want people marrying to have kids, and we want those kids to have more kids. So if we have kids that can't have kids, those kids are useless!!!
again. handicapped people have procreated perfectly healthy babies.
my cousin is deaf, she married a deaf man. their kid is not deaf. and as far as i know (he is now 4 years old) he has no disabilities.

so yes handicapped/disabled/handicapable(whatever they are claled these days) can have healthy ofspring. and even if they dont have healthy kids, it is procreation of live.

not really. you can do something and FAIL at it.
wont know until they try.
man woman, could fail at getting the purpose of mariage done. they may not. how often do they fail at procreation.

on other hand same sex marriage fails 100% :P

I am not talking about people with 'handicaps'-- I was talking about people who aren't able to reproduce. Stay on topic.

Do you support a legislation banning heterosexual couples from marrying if one of them cannot reproduce? Yes or no?

Witch hunts are at the top of my "What should I be afraid of" list.

Mark Cuban should be afraid. So should every NBA owner. So should the players, coaches, fans, etc.

you also asked about disabled man if i understand
I adressed them both in 2 parts ;P

I'll ask you again, because you are avoiding the question:

Do you, DutchJazzer, support a legislation banning heterosexual couples from marrying if one of them cannot reproduce due to health reasons?

Why? It's not like you can lose the team in some arbitrary fashion. The owners need to vote on it. 2/3rds from what I remember.

As far as the fans go, Supersonic fans know this pretty well.

Wow. That's pretty straightforward. I'm pretty sure a yes or no would suffice.

I didn't "ask" about people with handicaps-- the first post was unrelated to the inquiry that I posed to you later in this thread. The 1st post was merely a mockery of you, to show how rooted in eugenics your ideas in this thread are. An embarrassment to your relatives, tbh.

NO i do not because personally i know a couple who have been trying for years all sort of stuff. and one day they magically got 2 babies :D.

so any man and woman should try because more often then not they can reproduce.

whereas 100% of same sex do not reproduce?

is that hard to phantom.
if a man and woman come to get married should they be passed through rigorous test? NO.
because even if test states they cannot reproduce, sometimes those "mircales" happen.

but there never has been a same sex miracle procreating as far as we no

well cuban seemed from first interview like he was "supporting" sterling. or at the least understood sterling's side. but 24 hours later did a complete 360.
why? because of pressure from the nba and the comunity
