McCollum vs Burke vs Schroeder

Burke was the right pick for the Jazz. As for watching him play, I saw several games, including both Indiana games before the tourney. The guy we don't know much about is Schroeder.

I'm watching CJ in summer league, and he's not running the team at all. He's basically playing a floor spacer/scoring role like Randy Foye or Ben Gordon. He's definitely a combo right now.

With 5 minutes remaining in the 3rd he has 6 pts, 3 reb, 5 ast, 4 stl, 2 TO. He is also 3-8 from the field.

If Schroeder's teammates could knock down open shots or alley oops then Schroeder would have close to 10 assists.

Also Gobert is looking much better than Bebe. Nice smoke screen by the Jazz.

Yep, I was thinking the same thing. The Jazz would have had an amazing draft with Schroeder and Gobert. Sad part is they could have had both with the 14 and 21 picks and they would not have needed to buy another pick or trade an asset to pick up Neto.

Kinda depressing.

Pretty early to call the Schroder/Burke over isn't it?

I don't think Shroder has looked that good. He's only got 9 points on 12 shots right now.

If anything Neto looked better than both of them.

The way he runs a team, the defensive pressure, his speed. Nope, not too early to call it.

I also really like Neto.

I do like them both.

If Burke is a consistent shooter though and Schroeder isn't, I think we've still got a better pick in Burke.
