What's new

McNuggets at the Jazz - Wednesday, October 18th - 7 PM

Udoh and Sef were like +23 and +24.

Again, Udoh is magnificent and a total ****ing bargain for this damn team. Played with emotion too-- loved the fist bump after he blocked that shot and tapped it forward before Burks hit em with the jacknife

udoh... i wanted jazz to pick him in 2010 draft. we picked haywood but whatever. glad that he is here now!

I love the lineups with Favors and Udoh. Both are such rangy switchy defenders who can protect the rim at a high level.

If Favors is playing like that, I like any combo involving Favors.

I'll take a big ****ing drag off this game... Favors and Burks as major contributors. Please let it last.

I know we're all on the Mitchell hype train, but I'm really encouraged that he had a pretty ****ty game and was still able to make a positive impact.

There was a ton of good **** to see in this game

- Favors is basically back to where he was during his fringe all-star year
- Rudy hasn't lost a step since last year
- Rubio pushing the pace for this squad
- Sefalosha and Udoh with incredible defensive performances
- Mitchell showing that he's absolutely ready to play against grown men, got to the cup consistently
- Burks with one of the best stretches of minutes in his entire career
- Ingles running more P&Rs than almost anyone on this team, and I doubt he had a single turnover (not to mention his threes in the second that kept us from being blown out)
- Joe Johnson still being Joe Jesus

Really, the only empty performance was from Rodney Hood nearly ****ting himself. Lots of positves in this game otherwise, especially in that second half. Ain't no one ****ing with our bench this year. We want Golden State.

this is a super, super good point. Other players disappear and/or get discouraged. Donovan didn't.

He really has the foundation to be a star. Kid is the real deal.

He's going to be really good. I'm very confident in that.

I just wish Exum could catch a break. I'm not really high on Exum ever being what we thought his potential could have been, but even still at this point, I think him and Mitchell could be something special as a tandem.

Ricky Rubio is such a great addition.

You could see him get frustrated when he would push the ball up, and nobody would be there with him. They'll learn to run the court soon. Rubio and Favors played well together.

Ingles is such a stinking stud. And how bout that Udoh guy? Wasn't Log hating on him too?

Mitchell played like a rookie. Kid needs to play within the offense. Hood...man, if Hamal Murray is guarding you, ATTACK!

Gobert is awesome.

Great, great win. That's a playoff team win. That's a grown *** man win. That's a testicular fortitude win.

I could see Rubio being very good for Favs resurgence.

I think Denver had 81 points when Boiler brought up our 97 whatever points allowed stat from last year, and it seemed Denver was going to crush that in the third. Crazy.

Great resiliency by the Jazz. I'm impressed. Very unselfish basketball and they clamped down when it mattered.

Rudy & Favors just beat out a Millsap/Jokic combination. Folks, that's one of the best 4/5 combos in this ****ing league.

Gordon Hayward from his hospital bed tonight:

I really want the Spurs to win this game. Really want to put the Wolves down 0-2 after Rubio stomps them.
