What's new

McNuggets at the Jazz - Wednesday, October 18th - 7 PM

This team has all the makings of becoming the most fun Jazz team I've ever followed.

Mitchell just gave a great post game interview. Laughed with every question. Articulate, bright, and happy to be there.
He is so bright. Love his interviews. Great head on his shoulders

Jazz were down 10, I fell asleep. I woke up to hear that Alec Burks post game interview.

Go Jazz.

Burks jumped from the edge of the key and made a reverse on the other side of the hoop. That's legit juice.
Rudy had a burksesque reverse finish that was pretty awesome (lucky) too. Up and under high off the glass.

I did hold my breath every time Burks or Mitchell got up in the air.
Burks had a play where he looked to be hurt. Had me worried. Looked like he banged knees.

I can hardly believe how quickly this new look Jazz came together tonight. The new faster pace of play looked like it was going to sink the Jazz early. We were jacking up shots left and right and Denver couldn't miss. The Jazz hung in there and by the end they were all on the same page and dominating. Like Mitchell said post game, they were all talking and communicating. Not sure that happened enough on Hayward's teams.

Ricky Rubio is such a great addition.

You could see him get frustrated when he would push the ball up, and nobody would be there with him. They'll learn to run the court soon. Rubio and Favors played well together.

Ingles is such a stinking stud. And how bout that Udoh guy? Wasn't Log hating on him too?
Mitchell played like a rookie. Kid needs to play within the offense. Hood...man, if Hamal Murray is guarding you, ATTACK!
Gobert is awesome.

Great, great win. That's a playoff team win. That's a grown *** man win. That's a testicular fortitude win.

Just about everyone who played on our team made some pretty important plays happen at some point. They were actually all really good. The bench were incredible defensively.

I did not see a single full game of Jokic last year. Seeing him tonight, I would describe him as "What if Magic Johnson had no passing for basketball?" I don't know if he's usually like this, but he just looked like he has all the gifts in the world but just can't be bothered.

Rubio had 10 assists tonight. I'm too lazy but I swear the Jazz never had a player with 10 last year. At least not many.

Great to watch this game .......Ive stuck with Favors and Burks ,looking at their age and know they still have game . Very satisfying to see them play good.
