Mo, Earl, Carroll, Evans and Millsap also run the floor well above average at their respective positions. I'll be more surprised if the Jazz finish outside the top 5 in fastbreak points than if they finish in the top 2 (with Denver).
Definitely forgot about carrol. I didn't include Evans simply because I've come to accept the fact he'll apparently never receive meaningful minutes. Mo, Earl, and jamaal are all solid in transition, but can't finish like burks. Plus burks has the athleticism to guard an opposing point guard exponentially better than any of those three. Whether he will or not is a different story.
Millsap is great in transition as well as you pointed out, which makes me wonder even more why al plays so much when the rest of the team can run the floor well. His defense severely hinders fast break opportunities.
