NFL 2016 Season Thread

Dak is legit.

Ole Miss looking like a QB factory. (Eli, Dak, Jim Kelly's nephew)

He's been impressive. He also plays behind what is likely the best offensive line in all of football, and has hella talented people to catch the ball. I'm not saying he sucks at all, but that is essentially the best possible situation to be in for a QB. Still the guys gotta make plays and throws, which he can obviously do because he was drafted to the NFL - I get that. If he was drafted to the team with the worst offensive line I'm guessing he'd be 'garbage', as would pretty much every QB in that situation.

Also, the Bears are complete garbage and yeah, Ole Miss is looking like a hotspot for QBs.

If the Broncos win on Sunday (@Tampa Bay) they will move from the 3rd winningest team in American professional sports to the 2nd. They will move past the Lakers.

This is from 1984 till now. The reason it uses 1984 is that is when Pat Bowlen bought the team. Only the Spurs will have had a better record from 1984-2016.

Pats are #4 and 49ers #5 in that same time frame.

things would look different if we used another convenient window of time. For example, the day Kraft bought the Patriots.

In other words, cool quoting of cherry-picked stats, broseph.

It is a milestone in Bowlen's tenure as owner of the Broncos. It is openly stated to be viewed that way so it is completely relevant. Kraft's tenure as owner of the Pats is not relevant at all. If you want to look that up and post it than do so. And I will probably comment about how good of a record that is.

Stop getting your panties in a knot over someone else's success. You jelly as hell.

Well now Dez Bryant is out so Dak has one of the worst WR groups in the NFL.

no I'm not. I'm commenting on a dumb thing. I won't post the Kraft stat, because that'd be dumb.

Praying that Pats go 4-0 and then lose when Tawmmie comes back

I think it's hilarious that Pats fans will argue till their blue in the face that he's the GOAT. But when he misses games the Patriots have a 13-5 record. If he's so great why do they barely miss him when he's out?
