Oh, I guess I misinterpreted your post then. I thought you were implying you thought he would he would be in the second unit.Goes without saying there'll need to be injuries for him to get on the floor as the 15th man.

I kind of like him myself and will be rooting for him too. After what the Jazz coaching staff hid with last years 15th man Royce O’Neale. . .
I think it is reasonable to be excited about the development of a guy like Niang. That, plus, a lot of people were rooring for him and it’s nice to be right.
I think the Jazz sees him as a future Diaw type player.
Un-athletic but elite passing 4 who can shoot the 3.
I haven't seen a lot of him, just a couple of summer league games. Is he better suited to play the 3 or 4?
There will be no riots.

He was better then I expected in the GLeague.you guys who watched G league this year: tell us about his D, please
He’s more athletic then you realize. He’s not an above the rim freak or anything, but he’s quicker on his feet then he looks, and seems to have quick feet, shocking, but you don’t need to be a great athlete to be a good defender, look at Ingles, I think they call him slow mo joe. I rarely saw him get beat off the dribble and had no problem driving by his man, he just couldn’t get by the second man. I just hope he watches and studies Ingles game. For me personally he does try hard (I guess you'd have to if you're playing for a contract), but he just isn't very athletic, or quick, or long, or anything. He tries to shuffle his feet to stay in front of the defender, but that's about all he does that I can see.
He's more or less an offensive player coming off the bench to give you a couple of 3's a game and space the floor, and make a couple of nice passes when needed, that's about you can expect IMO.
You think he’s an over the hill plodding overweight 4 who can’t shoot? That’s about as bad a comp I’ve ever heard. To me he’s a quicker Ingles.Ya that’s who I always think of when I think of niang
Both equally as well assuming the defense I saw at SL wasn’t because of lower Competition, we will see though.I haven't seen a lot of him, just a couple of summer league games. Is he better suited to play the 3 or 4?
Guys it’s here.... finally... it’s Niang SZN! Let’s go!
I propose a celebration riot... who’s with me? Let’s break ****!
I will say he’s robably more affective as a 4, as he probably a lot tougher to defend as a 4 spreading the court.I haven't seen a lot of him, just a couple of summer league games. Is he better suited to play the 3 or 4?
