Gay Marriage not be the most important issues, but it is by far the easiest issue to resolve.
Get a room you two. Go Jazz!!!
Perusing the interwebs today Obama is getting blasted from all sides. The right for coming out in support of gay marriage and the left for not doing more.

Guy cannot win. There are several interesting articles written in response to Dick Lugar losing his re-election bid. They talk about how the art of compromise is dying and how it is all about ideology.
I'm not a big Obama fan, but this whole thing how Democrats have to be incredibly left and Republicans have to be incredibly right to be accepted by their parties is such ********. The best presidents are always the ones who are moderates. The moderate politician is going away, now most people just vote party line.

Isn't Obama a moderate?
We can make this a threesome Dala. No reason to throw a jealousy fit. All you have to do is ask.
Isn't Obama a moderate?
This ones easy to solve. Seperation of church and state, let people marry whoever the **** they wanna marry
That's cute but we all know there isn't real separation of church and state. This country is filled with mindless - and close-minded at that - low class jesus freaks and pseudo-jesus freaks. For whatever reason, banning gay marriage became a big issue pushed by the republicans and their aforementioned constituents ate it all up and will fight to the death for it (they even own all these big bad guns!).
It's obvious that there is absolutely no harm in allowing same sex marriages.
If the issue was banning same-sex married couples/couples from adopting children, I think the issue would be A LOT more interesting to discuss. Personally, I'd be for not allowing them to adopt a new born/toddler. But if there was conclusive psychological research done by the medical community and the consensus it won't necessarily have a negative effect on the child's development, then of course I'd adjust my stance.
Perhaps that issue will arise when same-sex marriage is legal in all 50 states (it will happen at some point). But I feel like raising a child should be allocated to those who can reproduce.
But then again, for any study that's done that shows an example of boy raised by a same-sex couple who has an irregular affinity for musicals, shoes and BYU - you could find a study that shows an example of a boy raised by a happily married conservative christian couple who turns into a socially irresponsible prick.
Only the Repubs voted for it...yup.

For the record I am for gay marriage but if you are going to post about something at least try not to be a hack.
The entire issue was brought to the forefront by Republicans. That is undeniable. Didn't read or click either link because those who voted against it that are black did so because they are jesus freaks - which I included in my original post.
I'm no hack. I speak the truth. Get off my dick.
So 70% of blacks, 50% of latinos and the entire right are jesus freaks.
Hack.
