me and my Dad stayed up every game last olympics to watch the mens indoor volleyball team because besides Basketball thats the best sport in the olympics. Those guys are insane athletes and that sport is fun to watch i wish I got to play it but none of my friends ever Played and Idk if it was available were I grew Up.

What are everyone's thoughts on the tie for the last spot in the women's 100M? To me, the obvious solution is to have a race between Allyson Felix and Jeneba Tarmoh. Like the linked article says, it is odd that no procedure was in place for this kind of situation. Why is a coin flip even an option?

yeah A Race is obvious but I dunno why a coin Flip is even an option. Seems dumb to me but Maybe one of the girls wanted a coin flip because She knew she couldnt hang or something I think I dunno. I also read on espn.com that Usian Bolt lost his race in Jamaica but I cant wait to see him run the 100 again against the dude that Beat him. Does USA have any sprinters who can hang with those cats?
I doubt it. Those Jamaican sprinters are absolute beasts.

Lolo just barely made the US Team this year. Her time was in Bejing four years ago and it didn't work out for her.
Even still, you can't help but root for her. Especially if you saw her interivew on HBO's Real Sport - what she had to overcome just to get to this point is amazing.

I remember when the Olympic torch passed by my school on my birthday in '02. They said the 4.0 students got to stand on a bridge, where we supposedly had the best view. We ended up getting the worst view. I had to take pictures through holes in the fence, high above the ground, while everyone else stood on the road, inches away from the fire of awesomeness. I'm still pissed.

I for one am shocked that the Asian girl was one of the 4.0 students. So untypical.
