OFFICIAL Big Enes Injury Update/Watch Thread

**** **** **** with there not being enough season left for Enes to return thr FO is gonna consider him an unknown going in to next year and will feel pressured to sign al or sap. Odds one of two is rr signed went up ten fold

This post passes the smell test for me. I'm a little worried Kanter is too much of a tough guy/dumb kid to get surgery, so here's hoping he is smarter than that.

His father is a surgeon. Why would he be so dumb to skip it? He has a lot of people to talk to obviously.

They'll have to sign a vet 3rd back up at the min. anyway... not sure if they'll splash out on al or sap though. Not with the way they've been sulking the last 10 games.

I have a friend who works with Greg Miller. He said the "rumor" was a grade 2. Whatever the eff that means.

Corbin probably wet his pants with excitement! Now he gets to play big al 40+ per game and fans can't bitch anymore about kanter's lack of minutes.

Asked if it's a luxury that Jazz still have three good bigs with Enes Kanter out, Gordon Hayward corrected the reporter: "Four other ones."
Hehe, I think we all know who he's talking about; (Evans) but it really could be Marvin, or even him, their dimensions are eerily similar, heck Marvin Williams is taller and less then ten pounds lighter than Millsap.

...I concur! You have to protect yourself out there on the court! Yes, hustle. Yes, play hard. No....don't dive for lose balls that you only have a 50-50 chance to get.....then, even if you do get it, whose to say your team is going to score? If you don't get it, whose to say the other team automatically scores? Stay healthy, stay undamaged. You can help your team more on the floor than on the sidelines, right?

Yet he makes sense. I love kamikaze-like hustle in any sports, I love fighting and physical conflict in them, that's why streetball is better than pro basketball to me, but if you want to make a career out of it, you have to be more careful. The consequence of Al being Al and Enes being Enes is we will watch more Al and no Enes in the remaining part of the season.

I agree but their basketball IQ cannot be compared to Enes. They had the ability to make quick and critic decisions that shaped the outcome of the game. Hopefully Enes will come around and become a clever player like that. Then he would be unstoppable.

For a guy with very little game experience, his BBIQ is not bad.

He has been vastly improving... Just give him some time. I think we only have seen little glmipses of what he can be.

Yea yea I totally agree with the age-experience/BBIQ parameter you're talking about. That is why I believe since he is a fast learner, working with the right people like Grover and hopefully Malone, he will be great in not too much time.

Jazz are destined for the Playoffs now. Kobe with a bone spur. I expect him to play through it but I think it really dampens his ability to move effectively.

I had a partial shoulder separation while wrestling with a big dude for a loose ball in the past.......but it affected my range of motion for literally years......I can still feel my shoulder shift a bit. I'm not a big fan of this.

...you should have let him have the loose ball.....and lived to play another game! Besides, I'll bet a C-note his team bricked the shot that they gained by grabbing the loose ball!
