Quick, filling, super healthy.

Oatmeal protein pancake

1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup oatmeal (can be instant oat or old fashioned)
1 scoop whey protein
some cinnamon (optional)
1/4 cup water (optional, just adds extra fluff)
1 egg (optional, makes it taste a little better)

Put it in bowl, mix it (don't really need to get out all the chunks). Put on frying pan cook each side for like 5-10 minutes.

Nutrition information (estimates)
324 calories
8 grams fat
47 grams of protein
20 grams of carb
4 grams of fiber

If you don't mind extra calories and want to make it taste better spread peanut butter on it while it is still hot, that is what I do. Or you can add sugar free chocolate syrup. You can also add a banana or blueberries into it.

I eat 1 of these a day and I am full all day, sometimes it is all I eat.
 
You can do the same to hamburger patties if you're a little short on meat. Doesn't change the flavor IMO, but you know, then it's pretty much dirty 'pink slime' Taco Bell stuff.
 
Swedish Meatballs (goes good with boiled red potatoes)

1 Lb. Ground Beef
1/2 Lb. Ground Sausage
1 Egg
1 Cup Dried Bread Crumbs
1 Small Onion - chooped fine
1/2 Cup Minute Rice
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Ground Allspice
1 Cup Hot Milk

Mix together all ingriedients in a large bowl and shape into large golf ball sized balls. Place in a Casserole dish (not a 9x13 glass dish)

Sauce:
1 Can Golden Mushroom - diluted with 1/2 can of water
1 Tblsp. Worscheshire Sauce
2 Tbls Spoons A1

Heat and mix.

Cover meatballs with sauce. Bake for 1 hour @ 350 while covered with lid. Then another 15 minutes uncovered.
 
Beef Stroganoff

1/2 Onion - chopped
1 Lb. Ground Beef (lean)
3/4 Stick Margarine
1 Can Cream of Mushroom
1 - 16 OZ. Sour Cream
3 Tblsp. Flour
1 Clove Garlic - diced

Saute onion and garlic in margarine till browned. Then add meat until meat is done. Season meat ( I use pepper and garlic powder then seasoned salt once cooked). DO NOT DRAIN. Add flour and mix over heat. Then add can of soup and cook for 5 minutes stirring as needed. Then add sour cream. Cook until hot and thouroughly mixed. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

Boil bag of wide egg noodles, drain. Buuter, salt and pepper noodles to taste. Cover noodles with sauce.

How to make fruit salad quick and easy.

Also would recommend the same channels pizza, he does a great job explaining how to make one.
