What's new

Official Game Thread: Suns at Jazz, Tuesday, 4/24, 8:30 MT, TNT

Big Al's band-aid is racist.

It is awesome, because I had the exact same thought watching the game. "Apparently band aids are designed to blend in with lighter skin, don't they have one for darker shades?".

Big Al proved once again tonight that his game is evolving and the Jazz are better off keeping him. He made the clutch shots down the stretch in the biggest game of his career, dished out 4 assists and played one of his better all-around games when it mattered most. I hope his detractors can take at least one night off and savor this.

It was also amazing to see the contributions of Favors and Hayward in such a big game. These guys aren't afraid of the big stage and their potential is starting to be realized. It's a great time to be a Jazz fan!

Al Jefferson has proven he can produce at a high level under the most serious of pressures. He outplayed Gortat. That is what he had to do. Al also made several clutch hoops. A couple sick dishes. 16 boards.

Atta boy.

Derrick Favors was fantastic. He took Gortat completely out of his game early. Al iced it at the end, I'm so happy for him and all these guys. Great game, they won despite the fact it was 5 on 8 in the second half.

I just want the same 8 playing the playoffs. No Howard, Bell or CJ

I have to agree, the chemistry of the team appears to have been so much better without those three playing - corbin obv didnt like howard showing no conscience and missing 4 in a row in the first half - didnt get back onto the court.

Burks deserves his minutes, as does carroll - they seem to be better role players than the above 3.
