I said No.
No.
No means No!

No.
Burks talked about the rotation, asked if he thought it was fair? He said he couldn't answer that.
I take it is that means no.
Talked about playing all three positions, 1-2-3. Said management considers him as a combo guard. Said he doesn't care which he plays as long as he is playing, that's all that matters.
Said the 82 game season is rough. Even for a young guy like him.
Said he is going to go home for the summer and workout, also go to Santa Barbara as well. Also plans to work with the Jazz coaches as well.
Also considered the season as unsuccessful.
Big Al also said:
'Johnathon told me to say that'
Johnathon Rinehart is the Jazz PR guy.
So I couldn't post...but what I heard....
Watson is gone. Doesn't believe team is going to compete for a championship, felt like he sacrificed himself to rush back to cover for Mo. He said something interesting about Hayward. Said that Hay won't come back as good as he was at the end of the season becasue Hay takes time to learn his teamates and learn how he can make them better then tries to facilitate them before he starts looking for his. Hay will get better as season goes on and will be awesome if they ever get back to the playoffs.

Jazz players DeMarre Carroll and Jeremy Evans volunteered to do Jr Jazz caravan this summer.

Carroll is showing that he wants to be here and I truly hope the Jazz reward him for his efforts on and off the court. Say 3 year 9 million?

Tyrone Corbin said the Jazz are "further ahead" after 43-39 lottery season than after last year's 36-30, first round sweep.

Corbin: "I think the experiences we’ve had over the last two years will make us better down the road.”
More Gems from TyCo:
So.. we made the playoffs last year, this year with all the "improvements" we missed the playoffs, and we're "further ahead"?
Wow.. that's fresh...
The west got dramatically better this year from last. I didn't think teams like Houston or Golden State would've been in it.
All I want is this:
Calderon / McCollum / Tinsley
Burks / Caldwell-Pope / Foye
Hayward / Carroll / Delfino
Kanter / Landry / Evans
Favors / Jaiteh
??? But Dallas & Lakers were dramatically worse???
Also if others are getting better, why shouldn't we get better as well? Can we afford to stay the same?
Yes, it's just that other teams managed to improve a lot more than Utah did. Certainly that can't be the fault of the head coach.More Gems from TyCo:

Coach Corbin says Hayward, Favors, Burks, & Kanter be would be ready to start next season if there are no vets. #JazzNation
