The Rockies release Jhoulys Chacin outright. WTF? Just like Jason Hammel, he's going somewhere else where pitchers can actually pitch and will blow up.

I hate being a Rockies fan. Stupid *** ownership cares about nothing but money. Who should I switch to? Angels or Dodgers?

I don't know about the Angels, but the Magic-Johnson lead ownership group of the Dodgers doesn't seem to care much about money.

I will be unable to catch the season opener on television as I will be at the Jazz game. Pretty bummed, but I have the ability to watch the replay. Excited to watch Lester, and really hoping he can have a strong start against the Tards. So excited for the baseball season to get going! It is the best sport out there!

Unfortunate that the Cubs couldn't get any key hits tonight. It will be a lot of feast and famine for them this year. Famine thus far.
