Official NJ Nets Watch

I don't get all the pessimism, people. What they got with this Celtics loss they gonna give up to some garbage team. They still are Nets after all.

Jonah Hill's italian cousin?

the jazz landing a new d-will from arizona seemed too good to be true, guess we'll have to settle on Jimmer.

It didn’t look promising in the first half when the Nets went nearly eight minutes without scoring. But they hung tough and took control with a 14-1 run that bridged the third and fourth quarters and featured a gigantic, momentum-shifting three by Sundiata Gaines as the buzzer sounded to end the third.

and they've got the Bulls next...
it'll be interesting to see which group of former Jazzmen end up with the win!

nets are moving up the ladder, and the with the jazz's latest win it put them back in th 14th slot

14 and 8 in the lottery is not nearly as appealing as 5 and 12 could have been

There is still hope for at least 7 and 12. Keep the faith up.

Eff me in the goat A. One of the worst teams in the last 5 years and they turn it around when we need them to be themselves the most. Larry Miller must have pissed off someone of influence in the afterlife.

My Jazz team is now divided between two teams in the east. Thanks, GM and KOC!! :|

Did the Jazz really expect that in trading their best player, one of the league’s best playmakers, to another team that that team would get worse or stay the same?

Did you expect them to reel off 5 in a row including beating Boston? Yeah I didn't think so.
I expected Deron to make the Nets as-is a .500 team from the .300 team that Harris and Favors left it. He could exceed that. Having seen some of the games since Deron got traded to the Nets, tell you what, this streak doesn’t surprise me.

As everybody knows, he has positively affected the Nets in a big way. The Nets are half a dozen games behind but now dream of that Hollinger-determined 0.2% chance of making the playoffs; the Jazz are a couple of games back and it’s like they’re 20 behind.

Now we know Deron’s a great PG in whatever system, in whatever team. What would it have been like outside the confines of the Sloan system? We’ll never know, but as long as Deron’s wrist holds up (just barely now), the Nets will keep winning a good number of games.
