Official Utah/Minnesota/Philadelphia Pick Watch

Wolves @ Lakers on Friday is a huge game.
I think the Lebron injury may end up cooking the Lakers. Not sure they are a play in team if he can't play 10-12 of the last 20 games or whatever they have.

True. The Magic passing us is a dead dream.

Too bad the Pels are complete trash.
I don't know what they are doing... all their guys are struggling.

NO seriously sucks. Couldn't get any good looks against effing Orlando. Trey is playing less than Josh Richardson (who is actually having a good year and would be a solid target for some of our FA $$$).

CJ sucks... BI I swear he used to be good. That team ain't making the playoffs this year.

Pelicans are gonna **** us up... I cannot believe a team that was 1st in the West just two months ago would suck balls like this all of a sudden.

Its freaking weird. Zion obviously makes a huge difference but Brandon Ingram looks like he doesnt move the needle either way. Check this out:
With Zion 17-12 and without him 13-20
With Ingram 12-15 and without him 18-17
With Zion and Ingram 7-5
Without Zion and Ingram 8-10
Zion without Ingram 10-7
Ingram without Zion 5-10

Whether Zion plays or not, Ingram doesnt add any wins. In fact their record without both is better than their record with Ingram in and Zion out.

This is completely devoid of opponent quality context so saying BI doesn't add wins is a crazy statement.

You are right.. and my intention was not to make that statement. Just said it looks like that which is weird (badly phrased by me though).

Btw I went back to get the 5-10 games list and its not like all the games are against top level teams. First two wins BI had 19 and 16 points so it was less about him and other 3 wins he had 30+ on all 3.
Also 9 games home, 6 games on the road.
6 games against teams currently in playoff seeds and 9 against teams at 7 or lower seed.

EDIT: That is the list of games where BI played without Zion, where they went 5-10.

Ingram would be a perfect addition to our team, fwiw.

A lot. He is very good
Can you quantify "a lot"?

To be fair, I am not prodding, I like BI and would love to see him on the Jazz. It doesn't seem he is the best fit where he is, potentially clashing with Zion. So from the stats I am just not seeing him as a net positive for them right now, if anything it's pretty flat. His win shares and WS/48 are the lowest they have been in 5 seasons, so he seems to be disconnected or just not having the same impact he has had in the past on the game. His BPM is flat as well, lowest it has been in 5 seasons as well. Seems like he isn't contributing to wins at the rate that would be expected of him from years past.

I wonder if NO would ever have interest in moving BI. Get him, OG, and a flyer on Lonzo.

Maybe their struggles presents a buy low opportunity to pair him with Lauri? I could live with that. He’s still only 25.

If Lonzo can get healthy and turn it around that is really intriguing.

Lonzo
OG
Lauri
BI
Kessler

That is a tough lineup there.

Bring Dunn and Clarkson off the bench. Provided we could use other assets besides Clarkson to get any of these guys.

Nice.
