I think it is likely that we will resign Evans with his qualifying offer. He is inexpensive and still has potential to improve.

If we don't pick up another PG I expect we will pick up Tinsley's option.

Same story with Carroll. He is inexpensive and provides something to the team.

I expect the Jazz to move Bell or buyout his contract. Assuming we don't make a major trade the roster will be something like this

Personally I expect the Jazz to offer CJ miles a contract 3 years and about 9 million. CJ might get a better offer on the open market but we are going to need a veteran wing player. The unrestricted FA market is pretty slim on wing players.
