This probably isn't perfect, but it's close to the complete list. Bold text are just names that intrigue me.
 
Would Andre Igoudala be able to be had for TPE + Bell or Miles? Not that I really want him, but he seems like a player that his current team wouldn't mind trading for less than his actual value to clear up space for Evan Turner.

You can't combine the value of a TPE with other TPEs or player salaries. One TPE pertains to one player.

It was my impression that you can't combine TPEs and player(s) for one guy.

could be wrong...

He makes more than the exception, so if those numbers have to matchup, then, no.

If it's somehow possible that we dump some more salary (ahem, Bell), and it's legal to take-on his salary that exceeds the exception, then it's possible. dunno.
 
Using a TPE on any of these guys makes no sense imo. We have too many bigs who need time. Ditto that sentiment with Burks and Hayward as well as Millsap a bit at the 3. The only position, right now, at which I'd like to see a change per se is at the point, but even then I'm being rash, like many others, basing my opinion on just two pre-season games. And picking up a pg for a TPE when we already have Harris, Watson and Tinsley seems a bit odd. That said, if Harris continues not to impress, I'd love to somehow dump him and go with the truer distributor in Watson. I just don't see it happening.
 
I don't know where I'm at with all of this, but the names are the guys eligible and something to chew on. Point guard is a significant concern of mine, personally. That applies to now and later.

But I think the chances the Jazz use it are well below 50%.

I know when you trade players it has to be within 50%, so if you trade a 10 million player you can get a 15 million. Don't know if that is the same with TPE?
