-11, guy. You have no clue how brutal tazers can be, do you? There is a reason they are classified at the bottom of "less than lethal" and not under "Empty Hand Control".
I suppose this means you reject force continuum and established US legal precedents outright.
Supporting the offensive use of tazers to detain unarmed, non-hazardous citizens is akin to supporting a pit maneuver on a speeding Camaro as an alternative to flashing lights and sirens, regardless of whether or not Jeremy Evans is jumping over it at the time.
Just about every law enforcement agency has a Use of Force Policy, and this is widely considered a violation of policy as well as human rights.
