Quin Snyder is the new coach

I can see that Trey Burke likes peaches, but does he like the new coach hire?

Any comments from jazz players yet?

Snyder as Head Coach has pretty much been finalized at this point.

Alex Jensen and Brad Jones are both former D-League coaches with developmental responsibilities and backgrounds.

If they can lock down Messina as the head assistant and then get a solid defensive coach, I might have to be happy with how things played out.

Messina is still the key for me.

I'm on this boat as well. Dunno much about the guy, don't love it, don't hate it.



DL hinted at going 'young' with the coach - someone the players can 'grow with' (ala Scotty Brooks).



This is the strongest indication yet that we're in for a pretty long 'rebuilding' process.

Yeah…he's a mix of 3 of the greatest basketball coaches of all time. Good job on tempering your expectations.

I hadn't been paying attention to the coaching search AT ALL, and when I heard it was Snyder I just remembered he coached at Mizzou and was thought of as shady.

Couldn't care less if he did shady stuff at Mizzou, thats just literally all I know about him.
