This is a scorching hot jazz team and we are getting into must win territory if we expect to still make the playoffs.
Have to take control of the season series with them for sure. Games like this are gonna matter in April

We’re gunna get destroyed either way. Jazz are streaking like crazy. Spida boy already kills us, now they’ve got Gobert who always shuts down AD and Rubio is averaging like 20-5-7 on 55-60-75 over their latest winning streak.
They had Jrue on the block against Gobert... Hope that's not a tactic we run all game
Even when Rondo hits jumpers I cringe. Just seeing him rise up for a j triggers an impulsive disgust in me.

The Jazz hasn’t missed a step after losing Hayward to FA. If anything they look better. But they have had to deal with injuries like other teams. Pretty impressive job by coach Quinn

Every possession without fail is a perimeter drive by the Jazz. Then no-one goes to the ball handler. It's pathetic. They just give up and hope for a miss.

Not gonna lie, this was a gut punch type of game. I think I'm ready to clean house after this one.
The theme in the #Pelicans locker room seems to be that the Jazz played really well and ther wasn’t much NOLA could do. That is very depressing to read.
I'm not saying that the Jazz are going to take our playoff spot, but Donavan Mitchell is having a CP3 type rookie year where if the Jazz miss the playoffs it will be because they are one game out. That kid is the truth.
This is not what I wanted to see against a sub .500 team. I'll be surprised if we win any of the next 3 games. I'm so tired. I wish these guys cared at all.

Was at the game tonight..my mistake. The Jazz were tougher. The Jazz were more disciplined. The Jazz played hard on every defensive series. The Jazz ran hard cuts and set hard picks on offense. The Pels were a disorganized mess. The far more deserving team with the far better coach won.. On the first five offensive possessions of the second half, the Pels took (and missed) four lazy threes. No visible signs of player or ball movement. Just heaves And on defense, it is not good when you give up 60 points in the lane and you give up a ton of wide open threes. Yes, the Jazz played great..but we folded our tents.
Seriously, incredibly embarrassed to be a Pelicans fan...

Utah converted 12 of its first 16 3-point attempts and shot better than 60 percent from the field until midway through the third quarter. Rodney Hood, whom the Jazz are openly shopping on the trade market, came off the bench to score a game-high 30 points in just 27 minutes.
Guys get wide open shots to start the game. Then they get a rhythm established and can go from there. Now you’re playing from behind, the shooters can pump fake, counter, etc. Also how many wide open layups did they give up cause the Big wouldn’t or couldn’t leave the roll man? Hood specifically eviscerated us by doing this.
I'm not even mad. I'm just ****ing depressed. Basketball is all I care about and all it ****ing does it hurt me. We're just sitting here watching a franchise waste one of the best talents in the history of basketball. Dude is about to miss the playoffs for the 5th time in his 6th year career because nobody around him can ball consistently.
We just gave up 133 points to the ****ing Jazz at home. At this point I don’t even want to squeeze into the playoffs. Imagine how bad Golden State would embarrass us on a national stage... **** man
This team is basically the Western Conference Cavs; not even pretending to give a **** on D, impotent coach using woefully undersized lineups that do nothing but chuck 3s, low IQ boneheaded decision making, desperately reliant on their superstar to cover for all their deficiencies and elevate them to the contender status they aren't actually built for. Problem is AD, great as he is, isn't Lebron James, and worse he looks like he barely gives more of a **** than him, who's all but mentally checked out from Cleveland already.
