Wasn't asked to me but this is what I think about Shved.

He will be way better than Rubio when he gets used to NBA. He is both great passer and scorer/shooter. He also has great court vision. Biggest issue may be his strength and defence.

I think we would hate Jennings for the same reasons we hate Al. High volume shooter, and not efficient, and choses not to play defense, and doesn't strike me as a player that wouldn't want to play here.

Whoa, bold prediction.
He's kind of in the same situation as Bledsoe, so he's a possibility as well
 
Does anyone know if Avery Bradley would be a realistic option for us also, I know he is injured and plays alot of SG beside Rondo, but he is a very good defender and has good ball handling skills.

Wasn't he a SG in college? When I think of Bradley, I don't think pass-first/set-up PG.

Yeah fair enough, thought I would just throw his name out there. if you like it, you can take it, if you don't, send it right back.
 
As far as this year goes it's time to let Watson go. Keep Tinsley as a 3rd string back up.

We can get Burks on the floor by giving him Tinsley's minutes. We don't have to take away Foye's.
Foye is a really underrated passer.

3rd QT 3:02 remaining Another great pass to Favors off the pick n roll. Favors draws the foul
3rd QT. 2:42 remaining Foye is running the offense. This is a set play after the time out. Foye hits Mo perfectly, and Mo with a sweet pass to Favors for the lay up.
3rd QT 1:05 remaining Foye sort of uses the Kanter screen, drives, and hits Marvin in the corner. Offensive foul called. Bad call imo, but I like the play. Drive, and kick.

Just a small sample size if you want to check them out.
I don't think we'll lose anything giving Foye those back up minutes, and it opens up some time for Burks. Both can handle decently, although neither is a true point guard.
I'd like to see us try this at least.

I love Shved!
He is like 1970 russian car, looks bad but works under every weather condition.
Shved had the ugliest hair-cut ever, but he is tall long athletic and willingly a team player!
I do love him (homophobia kicks in) err his basketball, I mean.
 
Why the hell does it matter? We could be rollin with CP3 or Rondo and our offense would still suck.

Al Jefferson is a high volume shooter. Foye is worthless if he isn't knocking down 3s. Marvin and Hayward have no idea what their roles are. Millsap? I don't know what the hell his problem is. Favors and CP3 could be something special. However, Favors only gets between 10-18 mins per night so that combo would see very limited time together.
 
Alexey Shved had a good game against OKC today, 12 points, 12 assists, 7 rebounds. I wonder If he would play for the Jazz if traded, or maybe AK47 would get in his ear about the Jazz.

What I haven't thought through is whether I'd take Odom back without getting something extra. I also haven't thought through what to do with Mo since he would have to be dealt in that scenario. But Hayward (a solid pro and nothing more) and Millsap (a guy who is not resigning with us) for Bledsoe? Yeah I'd do that straight up.

Shved it is! But damn it, with his contract situation, we can't get him for a while. (3 years)

Yep.
The Jazz just need to be rid of Jefferson. Then bring in a real SG.
As for PG, I see the Jazz getting a youngster to develop with their pick and deciding on either Tinsley OR Watson as the backup, but not both.

Bledsoe with 2 of the TOP10 plays of the day .. seems like a consistent staple with ESPN.

This means he's awesome, right?
