Rodney Hood Refuses to Enter Game in Garbage Time

George Hill and Hood have so much in common. They reject contracts from utah then they lose 10+ million dollars out of greed. Hahahaha losers

I dont think Utah ever gave Hood an actual offer.

Hood is virtually worthless. Poor outside shooter. Never saw a decent box score from this guy while playing for the Cavs. There's a reason they sent him in to mop up in garbage time.

worthless makes so much more money than you will ever make in your life.

Hood decided against having an offer presented?
Yea, actually, I think so. From reading various bits of coverage around the deadline, it sounds like it probably became clear that both sides wanted to wait and see, expecting the value of the eventual contract to go up. I'm sure he knew what they were willing to offer at the time, and probably decided to be amicable about saying let's wait.

Neither side wanted to sign the extension obviously. It worked out well for one side.

I wonder if he has some sort of mental health problem. To me, Rodneys problem has always been between the ears.

This. Been thinking the same thing since game one of this season. Nothing against him I just think there's something more there in this regard.

It's well known he has an anxiety issue. It's why he's missed a significant portion of his career in the bathroom and not playing basketball.

I see a lot of "I like Rodney" sentiments, and I just want to know... why?

What is there to like? He SEEMS nice? He's streaky, soft, doesn't D up, a mediocre and/or unwilling passer, and missed a third of his games here for reasons I'm sure almost none of you cite what the majority of games missed were even from.

I'm aware I just mentioned he missed a "significant amount of his career in the bathroom", but how much does that account for? He missed ONE THIRD of his games. People loathed Boozer over his missing games and saw him as a schemer, but Hood makes him look like an honest iron man.

Boozer was also, you know, good at basketball.

I like him cuz he was nice to me. I like him as a person. idk as a player tho. lol

When these playoffs began, an opposing executive texted me “(Hood) is not built for this,” meaning the postseason. Now we’re seeing why.

woa.......

I like Rodney, I wish him well.

Why do Cavalier Players air their locker room grievances to the media? Kevin Love, Coach Lue, Rodney Hood....I thought there were unwritten rules about keeping internal stuff internal.

Yeah, Hood doesn't deserve this. He didn't hurt anybody but himself...
