I'm dying to know, do you know him better than people that have coached, played, and otherwise worked with him for the last 5+ years AND most recently? If you do, how on earth would you?
For my part, I think he's a wildly overrated player that does a few things extremely well (passing, running, defending, rebounding). Even if he was Tim Duncan upstairs, his jump-shot is a HUGE concern, but he sounds every part a cancer to the people that know him best (in the ways that it matters).
As I have said in reference to acquiring Westbrook (a better player that is no longer even remotely available); 'Right now, the Jazz are a flower waiting to bloom, adding this guy would be like watering it with gasoline.'
Of course not. I have been to about 50 practices (all UK) and watched how he interacted with his teammates and coaches .. Hung out a lot .. Question I have is does anyone have direct quotes from players and/or coaching staff saying he has carcinogenic tendencies .. Or is it just a smoke/fire thing?
