At this point, I can see Rudy being as good as Duncan in every aspect of the game except for scoring. He will actually be better than Duncan at some aspects: blocks, steals.
I don't know where he will go with his offense, but he will have to work very hard here, not only on skills but understanding. He's a defensive savant with respect to his knowledge there.
If I had to guess, I would say maybe one or two years at 17-18 pts./ game, which is still damn good, just not Duncan. So his prime: 17, 12, 3.5 ast., 3.5 blks, 1.2 stls, 58%, 70%.
