Ryan Braun is he guilty or innocent

I'm not bringing this up to hate on him. I haven't fully come to my own conclusion on it one way or another.

Here's what I do know he I guess failed a drug test and is suspended for 50 games Braun appeals and MLB's suspension is reversed because the test sample wasn't handled correctly. If I'm misinformed, someone fill me in. My question is did he test positive because his test sample was mishandled or did he use but get off because of the mishandling of the test sample in question?

Would like to discuss.

I would say he is guilty (or there are rumors the that his positive test result came back because of a medicine he was taking to treat herpes). With that said, how dumb to mess up the handling of the sample.

For any of you who are Brewers fans that watch their games all the time does he look bigger stronger? What are your thoughts as Brewers fans do you trust him.

It doesn't matter if he's guilty or innoncent. The entire system is now ****ed.

Every positive result going forward will have some back story applied to it in an effort to raise the slightest possibility that it was actually a false positive.

Wasn't herpes. He made sure in his presser to say, "I have never had an STD ever!" Thanks Ryan! Glad to know you bag it up.

All I can say is there is a reason his testosterone level was something like 20:1 (five times the normal level). Other than that, I don't know enough about this situation (or anything else about the testing process or what's normal or acceptable levels).

I watched his 12 minute speech thing and I think I believe him. He said (don't know if this is factual) that his test result came back with 3x as much testosterone (or whatever the indicator is) than any other test in the history of baseball. That's a lot of testing. He also said the Brewers keep records of weight, strength, and speed and that none of his changed at all (I guess that could be easily changed by the Brewers, who would have an invested interest in making him look clean).

Not at all. I think most cases these things are dealt with very carefully. The carrier just really messed up by not following protocol. It wasn't like it was some really small thing, the guy didn't deliver the package on time and kept it at his house.

This dumbass is guilty as hell. The loophole he was fortunate enough to experience doesn't change the fact that he tested positive. Extra testosterone would not have slipped into that dude's apartment, into his fridge, into the bottle, past the stopper, and past any seal that was put in place to keep the integrity of the test in place.

What if the dude hated Ryan Braun for some reason?

Yeah, so he somehow got extra testosterone into the specimen that was sealed.

I have no idea. I give zero ****s about baseball in general, just saw his explanation while waiting in the vets office for my dog. It seemed like he brought up a lot of good points.

That's not my point.

Although I could care less about whether he is guilty or not, I find testosterone level argument very interesting. If it is true that it came back 3x's higher than any positive test in baseball history, doesn't that raise a huge red flag that something could have possibly been wrong with the test itself? Look at Braun, and then look at all of the guys that we know for a fact were on the juice. I'm supposed to believe that he had 3x's the amount in his body when compared to those apes?

Sorry, not buying it.
