The Sacramento Kings, owners of the 7th overall selection, are confident that they will trade the selection.

"They're confident they have (a) deal," one official tells Yahoo's Adrian Wojarowski.

The Kings have been largely linked to Kemba Walker and Jimmer Fredette.

Looks like Fredette will be there when the Jazz draft. There is a couple players I would take over Fredette though if they drop.

The Maloof brothers should also include another button for their shirts and less frosted tips.

If we pick Kanter or Williams then there is a good chance Knight is available at 7. That would be my dream scenario getting Williams and Knight and not really giving up that much to get it.

Would be a very good draft.

I am not sure about that. I think that the Raptors will take Knight at 5 if they get the chance.

I think it depends on who's there at 7 when the Kings pick. I don't think they have the specifics yet, just that they are willing to deal with any number of teams that can give the best deal and then they will pick for that team. Houston, SA & Knicks are all rumored to be wanting a specific player but feel they'll need to move up to get who they want. Cleveland wants that 3rd lottery pick as well.

Who really knows but rumors are saying they are leaning towards BB or Tristan Thompson even if Knight is available. I would be more interested to see what happens if we pass on Knight and Raptors do for some reason. Then Kings trade their 7th for parker. All the Pgs could really slide. But like I said you never know.

Charlotte has just traded for Sac's pick in a 3 way w/Char, Milwaukee and Sac.

So who ended up with the 7th pick?

EDIT: Charlotte. Any idea who they are targeting??

DOUBLE EDIT: Looks like they are going after a 3.

While many thought the Bobcats would relish the opportunity to select sophomore Kawhi Leonard if Sacramento elected to pass on him, it’s actually Singleton that is the top wing player on their board, particularly if Bismack Biyombo is already taken. Singleton would fill a significant hole for the team at the small forward position and would likely be its best defender from Day One. Kemba Walker will also get strong looks from Michael Jordan’s group.

Found this mock draft that sounded interesting.

That's Charlotte's info on their 9th pick, so it makes sense that they'd target two of those players on that list.
