Sourdough bread.

My final sandwich.

An exquisite grilled cheese with Brie, Proscuitto, a fried egg and fig jam with a little arugula for texture on Sourdough bread.

Fried Green Tomato

My sandwich is not for the faint of heart, but for the mighty sandwich eater.

A buttermilk fried chicken thigh between two waffles. Bottom layer of pimento cheese, a friend green tomato sits atop the chicken, on top of that is some jalapenos. All of that is drizzled in Polynesian sauce.

Barf. Literally. That sounds disgusting.

Not so sure about the Polynesian sauce. But I'd eat the hell out of that.

My best 2 ingredient winner. Cranberry chutney infused meatloaf on bread.

Cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cardamom an clove infused into the most tender meatloaf you will ever eat cause of the cranberries. So juicy no condiments needed.

I like what I put together

Smoked turkey with havarti, avocado, and cayenne pepper on a toasted kings haiwaiian bun all dressed in a regional delicacy - Dorothy Lynch.

Overall a solid sandwich. Got some substance, sweetness, spice, and a nice mix of colors and texture. Seems like all the ingredients will blend well.
