How many times do I have to say it: THIS IS FOR HAYWARD AND GRIFFEN.
Yes, they can sign Hayward straight up. We all know that. But if they want both, they have to clear out some contracts. I'm sure they could trade Bradley here and Crowder there, etc, but it is possible they just do it with us. Once Boston was to go in full on sell mode to try to sign both Hayward and Griffen, the value of Bradley, Crowder, etc will fall sharply.
Its worth a shot and I choose to be an optimist even if odds are short.

The value of great players on good contracts isnt going to fall. They could probably deal Crowder for the Hornets or Pistons lottery pick if they wanted.
They could probably deal Avery Bradley to any number of teams for a future 1st.
If Hayward wants to go to Boston, it's because he thinks they have the better future. He wont want to weaken the team he goes to. He probably wont even want to sign a 4 or 5 year deal. He will probably go with a 1+1 or 2+1.
