I want LeDouche to lose badly, so I'll be pulling for Durant and OKC. But Miami has to have a slight edge here because of their Finals experience. They win the intangibles department. Otherwise the teams are almost evenly matched.
Thunder has to win their first 2 games, so that all they would have to do is steal 1 in Miami.

This is going to be intense.
Bosh is having fun with the three ball, so that right there is probably picking at the brain of Scott Brooks.

I hate to say it, but I've been feeling that this might be the Heat's year. Everybody thought that after Boston won in Miami that it was over for them... you got to remember, there's potentially 7 games in a series. There was much more weight on the Celtics than there was on the Heat going into game 6, due to the fact that Boston could dismantle at any moment with age. You got LeBron and Wade who can turn the fire on at any time, in which was what the Celtics didn't have.

But then, Oklahoma has 3 great players themselves. A superstar in Kevin Durant. An all star in Westbrook. An all star that is brewing in James Harden.

Derek Fisher could cause problems to Miami's point guard department, he still seems to get off at times. And, you have Durant. The most lethal man in the business. You can't forget that this team shut down two championship teams this year in the playoffs already with ease. It took the Heat 7 games to take out a Celtics team that was having problems all season long with age, injuries, and a lack of bench. Who out of Rondo, KG, Pierce and Allen did they have to carry weight? Brandon Bass... not enough, but still.. almost was.

Im just going to wait to put in a dead *** serious prediction.

Bosh had one good game, he is useless on the defensive end and he isn't that great of a rebounder to get boards over Perkins, Ibaka and even Collison. Bosh isn't worth 16 million, he is way overpaid and overrated. OKC in 5 or 6 depending on how Westbrook plays.

Hmmm useless on defense? Garnett's production sure seemed to dip when Bosh returned. Coincidence? Miami went 4-5 this year without Bosh. Just sayin.

Heat in 6.

Bosh, along with Miami's small lineup, will bring Ibaka out of the paint, allowing James and Wade to attack with ease.

OKC has no one who can post up. Miami isn't a great back to the basket team, but they're better than OKC in this very important department.

Miami has more experience.

Lebron has been the MVP of the regular season AND the playoffs.

Told you guys Bosh is USELESS and Perkins isn't worth 8 million. Been saying this the entire playoffs, Collison is a MUCH better fit for OKC than Perkins.

not looking so important now! didn't see either team posting up.

OKC is so much more talented than anyone else in this league it's not even funny. To have guys like Collison, Fisher, Harden, etc all come off your bench is just ridiculous. Miami has two superstars, one star, and a bunch of trash (who probably couldn't even start for dleague teams). OKC has one superstar, two stars, one of the best defenders in the league, and quality players at nearly every single position. A guy like Collison or Sefolhsa who never get any spotlight yet make huge contributions.

BTW, Lebron has gotta man up and play Durant. Wade has gotta put on his big boy underwear and lock down on Westbrook. No more of this wussy, "I'll guard Perkins and somebody else get their *** kicked by Durant" nonsense.

they gotta win through their defense. The only way their defense has any chance of stopping this machine is for their superstars to man up and stop OKC's superstars. If not, then Miami and Patrick Riley need to just tip their hats off and admit that their "dream team" cannot beat OKC's Dream Team.

One last thing.... Although Durant and Westbrook don't play perfectly together (They ain't exactly Stockton and Malone), they play ssssssssssssssooooooooooooooooooo much better together than Wade and Lebron it isn't even funny. the only guy that actually seems to benefit in this whole bundled up and boring offense of LebroWade going 1 on 1 is Chris Bosh.

Was late to the party, won't vote.

This game was an early example of why OKC is strong. I thought there were a lot of things Miami is good at that they failed to do. Almost all of that was the players were stymied by OKC defense.

The trouble Miami will have is that they are not more talented than the Thunder. They will have to find a way to become more patient, more disciplined. If Miami can do that they will win. Those guys are vets, expect a major difference in the way game 2 is played.

OKC all the way. And it should not be even close. They may let Heat win one game but thats it.

And the fact that Sefalosha is not DPOY is travesty. He proved he can guard any position, Parker, Bryant, LBJ, Wade - that is some freaking tough players to defend and he has done marvelous job - probably best defensive stretch in playoffs I have ever seen. Simply amazing defensive player.

Wade doesn't look right. Still feels like he doesn't have a defined role now that this is LeBron's team. I think when he isn't the "man" his effort is really reduced. If Miami can get a true stud PG or another all star PF for him in a trade they should probably do it.

Sign and trade Wade & Bosh for DWill & Lopez & picks?

Miami's offense is pathetic. I have no idea what they're trying to accomplish. It's like Wade and James take turns going 1 on 5.

The only offense that was worse and more boring was an offense I saw a lot of this last year which consisted of the PG walking up the court, throwing it into a self-proclaimed, "Black Hole", while everyone else stood around and watched.

Dumb to count out Miami early based on 1 game. I am rooting for the Thunder too but they do not have finals experience and Miami has the slight edge here. Looks like their offense is good to win on the road

Now Thunder HAVE to win atleast 1 in Miami if not more

Miami's offense is pretty simple really 90% of the time. Get the big 3 involved by setting a pick high, letting one of them drive and another camping around the 3 point line as a back-up if the pick and roll fails.

The best play of the game for Miami was James screening for Wade who rolled to the basket, drew the defense and passed to Bosh for the dunk. I'm still very surprised that James didn't get called for a foul on Durant's last miss. Especially with the game being in OKC.
