Steve Bannon Quotes

Original engine? That is another vehicle that I like but if I owned one it would have a solid 350 put in it with good torque.

fyi, this has plennnnty of torque. You have to be careful in 4wheel low. You can rip **** off if you aren't careful. As it is -- totally stock -- it goes up everything that I want to go up. Some dudes are nuts, though.

The same is not true of the AMC inline 6 in later models.

I'm going to put an overdrive in it + 1.5" wheel spacers. Then, me and my buddy are gonna build one of these for it:

I do like those engines. The only reason I would swap it is the 350 is a little more reliable, it is cheaper and easier to get parts for and I like the transmissions you can put with it.

I definitely would keep the Buick Dauntless engine in there if I wasn't doing major work or it was running well. I like to tinker though.

That is bad ***. I actually want to get a trailer about that size and do some fun stuff with it was well for camping and for burning man stuff as well.

Well, I hope this one is as solid as it seems. I've been told that there are tons of parts for these buicks. They produced TONS of them.

I have a 71 chevy pickup I've been "fixing" up for the past decade. Haven't done much bc of limited funds. Has a 350, needs a new tranny, bigger wheels, louder pipes. Also have a 56 Packard (with the leveling suspension!!) that I need to tear apart. Interior is mouse ridden, but it'll be a beautiful car. That one will be. Speedy project, but worth every penny.

That model gm pickup is my dream. I'm going to get one and out a 4bt cummins in it with a 700r trans. I looked at one last week, but I don't have funds until the end of the month. My ultimate dream is to get a suburban and a truck of that body style and make them four door.

This dude in northern Idaho makes some sweet trucks, but they are super expensive. https://www.rtechfabrications.com

I just bought a 1966 Jeep CJ 5. Only 3 owners (all from the same county). No rust. Perfect. First year of the Dauntless V6. A torquey mother****er.

That is beautiful. Seriously, if you ever want to sell it, I call dibs. How much did you pay for it?

The behavior above is why the liberals lost the election. The elitist arrogance that if you don't agree with me, I must dehumanize you. There was a good article from VOX months ago where the author kinda predicted this would happen. You should give it a read Dal.

https://www.vox.com/2016/4/21/11451378/smug-american-liberalism

Having been on both sides of this issue (conservative until age 52, more liberal for 4 years), there is a lot of truth to this article. However, I don't think that smugness is limited to liberals. While some may have the "you aren't smart enough to vote for your own self-interest" underlying tone, conservatives tend to believe that they are the party of the righteous and that God is on their side, and that liberals are evil. Plenty of smugness to go around.

That is in great condition. No rot in the kicker panels is rare. I would paint the bumpers black and throw on some new tires and that is looking awesome to me.

I've been toying with the idea of a paint job, but you don't see many with that color so I like that. Don't want to lift it, but it does need bigger tires. Interior needs a little work, mainly I just need to put a main disconnect on the battery bc something is running down the power (most likely my radio). And it's about due for a change on the wood in the bed...once I get that cleaned up I'll take more pics. I love the wooden bed look.

Oh of course it goes both ways.

Yeah, I like the color. I am not a fan of lift kits unless it is like 2-3" to get some bigger tires on but usually I just like to fill the wheel wells with tires and leave it. I love the wood beds on these, I have seen some cool stains on different types of wook used and good sealers to make it look really nice.

Speaking of Steve Bannon quotes, I wonder if he is a car guy? It would be hilarious if he fixed up old cars. At least the tangent would make sense. :D

You'd **** if you knew how much I paid for an all-original 66. I could sell it in spring for 40% more... if I wanted.

You've got dibs, braugh.

"Other then pulling things out your *** where do you get your information from" - gregbroncster
You do know he's not getting your mention? Because apparently your too ****ing stupid to quote his name correctly.

don't paint that, bro.

Yeah I agree, don't paint that. It's beautiful. I would buy it from you right now if you were selling it. That color is awesome. And don't lift it, unless all your doing is spring over lift. If you do change anything, just go for under the hood changes. I love the wood bed too. I would love to see some pictures when you get the wood replaced.

We should start a classic cars of Jazzfanz thread.

This is making me want to get my pickup sooner. I miss having one to work on. My first car was a '68 International Scout 800A. It was super fun.

I have a lot of places I like to get information from. I read NY times, Christian Science Monitor and Al Jazeera for my regular news daily. I also read local news from KSL and SL Trib weekly. I have a handful of scientific Journals that I peruse often and a few that I read regularly. When something sparks my interest I generally research articles written on it from many sources and look through scholarly articles to see what info there is. I read stuff posted in here as well.

Also I am sure your aware but gregbroncs is someone else. Maybe ill change my username since I sold both of my Broncos now and regret one of them which brings me sadness. Although I dont really like changing user names, ill have to think about it.

my bad bruh. That would tick the heck out of me to. I think it is autocorrect. I can get violent when someone mispronounces my name. It is such a huge deal. Like you I start acting like I am on pcp an go psychotic.
