Team USA is extremely warm on Hayward though. They gush about him every summer.

I think his versatility is an edge over Klay, and I think his game is good for international play. If he averaged 40% from three this year he'd be on the team guaranteed. He still has a great chance. I don't think Parsons will make it at all

Nice, he was easily one of the best to do it, Prime Roy Jones was unstoppable. My favorte All-time fighter is 'Marvelous' Marvin Hagler, I'm glad Marvin Williams is off the team so I dont have to hear his nickname stolen anymore.

Did you see Roy Jones fought some scrub from England in Latvia this past weekend?!

He won by TKO in the 5th round, but i heard the whole thing was kind of sad and was told not to watch it. I hope no one gives him a title shot in the US.

I've always been a huge fan of the Klitchko's and Floyd Mayweather, theyre my favorites right now but Gennady Golovkin from Kazakhstan is quickly rising up my list, dudes a MONSTER.

Haven't really followed boxing since De La Hoya retired. Been waiting for a Floyd vs. Manny superfight for the past decade and I truly dgaf about the rest of the sport until it goes down.

I'll always watch when it's on. I've always loved the sweet science
 
Didn't see your Marvelous line until now. God, the 80s were great for boxing. I was born in the wrong era. Love me some Hearns and Leonard too.
 
Gennady Golovkin is the most exciting fighter in boxing right now imo, (30-0 27 Knockouts, 17 in a row) Hopefully Miguel Cotto will fight him by the end of the year, Gennady wants to unify the belts at 160 lbs before moving weight for bigger fights. (move up to 168 to fight the #2 pound for pound boxer in the world, Andre Ward[27-0 14ko's])

Chris Algieri (20-0 8ko's) from Long Island is fighting Manny Pacqiuao in China on Nov 22nd, Pacquiao is a huge favorite, I cant wait for that fight.

Wladimir Klitchko fights on sept 6th.

he won a bonze medal for the US and is a 6'7 heavyweight, hes 31-0 with 31KO's. Hes going to knock out Bermane Stiverne and take his title in November, which would make him the first US heavyweight to hold a belt since Shannon Briggs in 2007

Really? When I watched last year it seemed that you only need to shoot 3's.. not necessarily need to make them.

Well if that's the new criteria, then I stand corrected...Hayward would be ideal for the international game.

International game is perfect for long sg that can slash, and get to the line, and good passer, playmaker. Good rebounder very good at getting the rebound, and taking it coast to coast. Very good shooter when the defense isn't focused on stoping him first.

So There was a friendly three point shoot out after USA practice today. Curry, Thompson, DMC, and Hayward.

Man. That is tough. If we still had Sloan, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Now, I don't know if Quinn can motivate him or if I want Quinn to deal with that with all the youth on the team.

PKM, did you know that Cousins had this type of shooting range? I mean, he's only made 9 threes in his 4-year career at a 14% clip...just a lucky day or is Hayward just that bad?
