I don't know. I've been in a cake walk and I'm pretty sure it's nothing like water boarding. Or is this one of those things like birds and sparrows? Like "all water boarding is a cake walk but not all cake walks are water boarding"?

Well, it had a good name. MacArthur Park. My girlfriend loved because that was her last name. DD MacArthur her gggrandpa. St. George Mayor---formerly but for a long long time, Daniel McArthur also a desc.

Actually, that was a great song about caring and loss. And sometimes we really can't just replace the people we value in our lives.

the worse thing that happened to me from being waterboarded was a migraine. but i am susceptible to migraines. sometimes even being stuck for 10 seconds in a room wich got recently painted with an oil based pain gives me a migraine

getting into panic mode is what makes people better person.

like going to the gym is not good for your body, it breaks it down, then it builds back up right. that's just it, mental training 101!

going into panic mode and practicing those task while in panic mode, makes you more efficient in said task!

There is a huge difference between being water boarded when you have some kind of safe words or it is among friends who just want to know what is like our even if it's for training purposes, and being water boarded by your sworn enemy under interrogation circumstances when you legitimately do not know if they are going to kill you or not. Tell you what go infiltrate ISIS and then attack some of them and get them you water board you then return and tell us if it's the same.
