So we have a mix of Exum nut-huggers and people who hate fun basketball.
Is this what JFC has been reduced to?

A Teo/Gobert PNR with Hood/Hayward/JJ on the court is basically unstoppable offensively. That **** would be nastier than German porn.
LMAO. I don't know about that. I just know if Quin coached him, and Quin wants him on our roster - that's good enough for me.
I'm not even sure Milos has made demands about starting, but you can certainly see him playing a combo guard role - especially if it were alongside George Hill. Time will tell, the summer has barely started and already it's exciting.

All came over young fool.
Not what I said jackass... I said I can't think of one... just one example where it has been successful. I'm not looking for the mean I'm looking for one damn outlier... ONE.

Ah, name calling. Come on, that's beneath you.
If your hypothesis is "Euro PGs who come to the NBA late are unsuccessful" then it is up to you to prove. How many have "old PGs" been unsuccessful?
Do you think a 30 year old Tony Parker would have bombed in the NBA?
I would hope he would be better than shelvin. I don't think shelvin is worth the money being talked about for Milos though.Sabonis was the best center in Europe. Milos is the best point guard in Europe. He'll do fine. He won't be Chris Paul, but I think he will equal or more likely surpass the production of Shelvin Mack.

Locke brought up one scenario... we have excess cap space we could use on an international player that would serve as a signing bonus. We could sign him to a 2 year 11m deal and give him a 7M bonus for last year that doesn't affect our situation next year. So if a scenario like that comes up then sure let's try it out... much less risky than 3/24-30. And much more tradeable/stretchable if it fails in some form or fashion. Could also do like 9 M bonus... 8 M next year and a mutual opt out for the following year to protect everyone. One year 17 M guaranteed? Tough to pass up and Europe would be waiting for him if he flamed out.
That's not a bad idea at all IMO. Though Locke seemed to be hinting towards someone who would entice Hayward to sign with Utah. I seem to recall he mentioned Damian Lillard, Ricky Rubio and Goran Dragic as possibilities. For the purposes of attracting Hayward, I'm not sure that Milos is that guy. Then again, maybe he is. Who knows?
