True, and I agree to a certain extent. BUT, he had 15 assists today, Ray Allen only hit 3 shots, and I'm pretty sure Rondo didn't assist on all 3 of them. He was setting up scrubs & bench players beautifully today, I was salivating. He even got Chris Wilcox involved in the game! Just by nature of him being on our team, guys are going to get better looks. Whether they knock them down or not, that's another question.

Rondo without floor-spacing and not that good of players could be disastrous. On a team with floor-spacing and good players he looks really nice, though.

He played as well as his stats show as well. He set up everyone on the team. Dished 15 asts to 5 guys that scored between 9 and 13 points .. and for good measure puts up 32 of his own. Overrated!!!1!
 
Can we make it Burks + Jefferson instead? I feel like Hayward would be a good piece alongside Rondo, Burks not as much.

People that think he's overrated seriously are clueless when it comes to basketball. Is he the greatest shooter? No, but he attacks the rim strong, passes, plays d, plays with emotion and passion, and the list goes on.

No, there are not "lots of sources" on this. This was just speculative garbage made up by Eric Pincus. He took something Buss said and then added 1+1 to get 35. This is the same guy who ran into Boozer at Best Buy, and then began reporting Boozer to LA as a basically a done deal. As recently as this year, he also reported Millsap to LA as a rumor. This guy flat out makes **** up, and then just hopes something will stick.
