If anything I would call racism on the ******** calling racism in this case. The fact that they automatically attribute racism to the managers/owners because they do not have x numbers of black players is a racist idea. Shows to me that they distrust the owners just because they are white.

If by "this", you are referring to the post to which I responded (the one by Hack), then yes. One part of living in a racist society is that those with priviledge feel they are in a position to decide whether their priviledge is being recognized.
If you mean the topic of the original post, than I have no reason to make a judgment one way or the other.

Human nature is to assume when you are given a benefit, it is because you have earned it. White people can try to determine and understand what is racist on a conceptual level. They can't live the experience (at least, not in the USA).
They experience it all the time. It's just usually in their favor, so they don't notice.

How about you pull up some numbers on how many white kids get athletic scholarships for basketball vs how many black kids do.
The NBA is dominated by blacks, and some idiot gets upset when a team has few more white guys than the usual. And you really think this guys deserves to be listened too. If anything there should be an outcry for racism against white people in the NBA
So answer this question. Why is it so lopsided in the NBA? Why are there far more black people playing. Because white people are racist and born with an advantage?

?. Yes, I understand that races are not as easy as black, yellow and white. Barea and Arroyo for example, both from Puerto Rico, one is white one is kind of brown. What race is D.Williams for example? or Blake Griffin?At the end of the day it does not matter. As long as play winning ball they can have all 15 players black or white, nobody should care or accuse team office of some specific race selection when getting players. It is beyond ridiculous. Then what is next? Every team should have one gay, one transgender, one muslim, one jewish and at least one sikh player so nobody would be offended?
